CLIENT ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our small, nimble team. The Client Engagement Team is responsible for:

  • Ensure flawless preparation and execution of Fast Forward “engagements” (live training sessions) to ensure participants receive a transformational learning experience
  • Build client relationships and drive adoption of the Fast Forward regimen within client teams
  • Strategize and customize training content and collateral to meet client and engagement needs
  • Brief and support facilitators before, during and after Fast Forward engagements

Other responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate all engagement logistics:

  • Work with client to ensure room setup is optimal for training experience
  • Manage participant RSVPs and brief facilitator on key attendees
  • Order session materials
  • Brief facilitator with all logistics information

2. Work with Engagement Managers to customize content and collateral for engagements

  • Maintain updated master templates
  • Own monthly content edits and manage change log

3. Support Engagement Managers/Director with exceptional account service and business development

4. Maintain research briefs on client businesses and relevant industry news

5. Manage our proprietary learning/CRM portal:

  • Import all participant details for each engagement
  • Create participant pre-work summaries to brief Engagement Manager and facilitator coach
  • Report and track usage and engagement metrics

6. Provide service-oriented community management for Fast Forward graduates by interacting in forums, posing questions and moderating responses

7. Support cross-functional team with administrative tasks:

  • Secure paperwork/approvals prior to engagement kickoff
  • Track finances per session and reconcile with finance team as needed
  • Manage and update various weekly/monthly trackers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

2-4 years of experience in project management, event management or account/client management. We’re looking for someone who’s a team player, thrives in a flexible work environment and is passionate about personal and professional development!

Must have excellent, proven skills in:

  • Project management of numerous multifaceted projects
  • Time management and ability to task-switch quickly
  • Stellar organization and attention to detail
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (namely Excel and PowerPoint) and similar technologies
  • Interpersonal relationships/business acumen
  • Experience InDesign a plus
