Account Management Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will support the Account Management team in managing training programs, assisting in the growth of existing accounts, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. This role reports to the VP of Account Management and Operations and collaborates across functions at Fast Forward, including the executive leadership team.

The Coordinator role offers a clear path for growth, with the opportunity to develop into an Account Manager position as skills and experience are gained.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Program Management:
      • Collaborate with sales, facilitators, and product teams to execute training programs tailored to client needs.
      • Coordinate logistics for virtual and live workshops, including scheduling, technology setup, and communication with clients.
      • Prepare participant materials, review communications, and ensure program readiness.
      • Analyze program feedback and prepare insights to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for growth.
      • Support billing processes in partnership with the Finance team.
  • Support Account Growth:
      • Assist in identifying client needs and opportunities and recommending Fast Forward products to achieve their objectives.
      • Collaborate on client proposals and business review materials.
      • Update and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system, including tracking growth opportunities and forecasting.
      • Monitor account progress and client feedback to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Administrative Support:
      • Maintain organized documentation of client accounts, program details, and action plans.
      • Prepare agendas and take notes during client meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
      • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for client engagements and internal meetings.
      • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables for both internal and client-facing use.
      • Assist with event planning and execution for live and virtual workshops.
What will make you successful in this role:
  • 3-5 years experience with program or account coordination, or experienced EA looking for a second chapter
  • Strong time management, project management, and task execution 
  • Stellar organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • The highest degree of integrity and a self-starter; must be comfortable working independently with a remote team and being proactive in problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills; a can-do, optimistic attitude.
  • A desire for efficiency and constant improvement, with a focus on creative solutions
  • A global mindset with the ability to work across cultures and various time zones
  • Passion for personal and professional development, learning, and DEI
  • Mastery with Microsoft Office products (specifically, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Suite required; Experience with Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, Hubspot or other CRM, Slack, Asana or other project management tools a plus

Status: Fully Remote Company; must be available during US East Coast business hours, NYC-based a plus

Location: Remote; East Coast time zone overlap required

Salary: $35/hour with a move to FTE with benefits at six month mark
