Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will focus on supporting new business development for our corporate training and coaching business. She/He/They will work with the Head of Sales to increase sales of training and coaching programs targeted to companies across all industries.

The ideal candidate has experience in the B2B space supporting salespeople and is passionate about personal and professional development. Ideal for someone with 2-3 years of sales assistant/coordinator experience who is looking to learn from industry experts, have a voice in sales strategy and be a part of a supportive culture at a fast-growing company.

  • Must have experience working with PowerPoint. We are not looking for a designer but someone to synthesize discussions with clients to create decks using our solutions.
  • Must have a high level of organizational skills and ability to provide specific examples.
  • Must be passionate about learning and people development.
  • Must have experience in B2B sales.
  • Support Head of Sales and Co-Founders on client calls by note-taking and assimilation of notes into customized proposals based on client need
  • Tracking tasks related to deals and writing/sending follow-up with clear email and phone communication
  •  Track all communications and manage sales pipeline reporting using HubSpot CRM software
  • Organize discovery and follow-up calls with key stakeholders
  • Transition closed business to Engagement team.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to assess results from marketing efforts
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of business-to-business consulting and sales experience.
  • English fluency with strong client-focused written and phone communications skills.
  • The highest degree of integrity and a self-starter; must be comfortable working with a remote team. This is a remote position.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong consideration will be given to applicants with experience in professional services, executive education or leadership development programs, and education and training services.

Status: Full time, 40 hours/week required.

Location: Global and remote; must be available to work during Eastern time zone business hours.
