In a time when there is so much uncertainty, anxiety, and fear, coupled with over 100,000 deaths in the U.S. related to Covid-19, historic levels of unemployment, unfortunate events that have unfolded this past week and a continued shutdown in many cities and states, I realized I’ve been searching for more than good news; I’ve been searching for examples of leadership. Leading a company focused on supporting women in the workforce, I have seen first-hand the economic impact and disproportionate burden on women during this crisis. Millions have been indirectly impacted or displaced, women in particular, and in need of help and support on a grander scale than any one company can facilitate.
