Crystal Fazal is an accomplished global communicator and facilitator with The Fast Forward Group. She has proven successes in the fields of coaching, consulting, leadership, strategic thinking, and building client relationships. She works with her clients to balance personal and professional priorities during interactive coaching sessions and team consulting workshops. She guides her clients as they unlock ideas, create visions, and strategize 90-day plans to sustain their ideal futures.
Crystal is also an experienced adjunct professor at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She has spent 9+ years assisting undergraduate and MBA candidates with mastering communication skills. Through fun and engaging demonstrations, she works with her students on managing anxiety, personal branding, speaking with confidence and delivering well-organized presentations. She is one of DePaul’s top-rated professors and has twice received its “Woman of Substance” award, as well as their “Spirit of Action” award.
Prior to teaching and consulting, Crystal Fazal gained valuable corporate experience working with two Fortune 100 corporations: The Coca-Cola Company and MillerCoors. As a senior-level executive, she collaborated with colleagues to strategically plan and execute business sales and marketing goals.
In her spare time, Crystal assists with the marketing of her family’s businesses. She has been featured on WGN Radio, Fox 32 News and “Windy City Live.”
She holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a B.A. from the University of Michigan and has received her coaching certificate through Northwestern’s Executive Learning & Organizational Change program.
She lives in Chicago and enjoys spending time with her family and staying current on world events.
