Julie is an executive coach with The Fast Forward Group who works with clients that are ready to make the inner and outer shifts necessary to lead collaboratively and with confidence. She has a passion for helping individuals, teams, and organizations find comfort in the inevitable discomfort that comes with career growth, faced-paced organizational shifts, and an ever-changing world.

Julie works with senior-level executives and high-potentials to develop impactful leadership habits in areas such as embracing difficult conversations, managing ambiguity and complexity, regulating stress, strengthening resilience and transitioning from being a successful producer to a strategic senior leader.

Working with leaders, founders, and teams across multiple industries including finance, tech, media, marketing, healthcare, and education, Julie’s clients have included LinkedIn, RRE Ventures, Stanford Healthcare, Sparks and Honey, and NYU Stern School of Business.

Before stepping into coaching, Julie spent 15 years on the cutting-edge of the media, marketing, and tech industries. She launched Lifetime Television’s first-ever digital marketing campaign in the early 2000s and was at the forefront of HD, branded content, and personalized video advertising. She’s worked with brands such as Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Heineken, the US Olympic Committee, NASCAR, NBC, and ABC. She’s even worked with Kermit the Frog.

Julie is an accredited PCC by The International Coach Federation (ICF) and a CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is certified to administer The Leadership Circle Profile and Gallup’s Clifton Strengths Assessment. She is a trained crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line, an alumnus of Seth Godin’s altMBA and The George Washington University.

Julie lives in New York City where she is constantly seeking out the latest cultural and culinary experiences and planning her next adventure.
