Karen Delk

Karen is an Executive Coach with The Fast Forward Group, who has 25 years of diverse experience coaching and consulting senior leaders across F500 diverse lines of business in manufacturing, consumer goods, telecommunication, and financial services.  She coached executives, high achievers, and managers to stronger performance, better leadership, and broader organizational responsibility.

As a senior practitioner and corporate executive, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and strong business acumen to her coaching engagements. Karen is known for designing, managing, and delivering business solutions that support growth and new business development.

Karen brings a warm and firm coaching style that is engaging and transparent to help leaders increase their self-discovery of hidden talents and uncover blind spots.   Karen has coached C-suite, senior and mid-level, and emerging leaders to articulate and clarify their message is clear and concise ways.  Enhance their executive presence to become inspiring leaders, and comfortably share their ambitions to grow. Karen is recognized for designing and leading organizational change, developing sustainable leadership, and leadership development initiatives enterprise-wide.  She helps leaders and their teams strengthen their effectiveness through coaching executives to develop critical leadership skills; assisting new and emerging leaders to integrate into organizations; conducting individual/team assessments; and improving team dynamics.

In 2016, Karen joined Yale School of Management Executive Education Program to coach participants attending the Women’s Leadership Program.  Karen is an executive coach at Yale University School of Management Executive Education Program where she works with Executive Masters in Business Administration and graduate students.

Karen is passionate about the power of coaching and creating change.  As a result of her commitment, she created and launched a Princeton Cable Television show, New Beginnings with Karen Delk, to celebrate the creativity, courage, and wisdom of people creating change.

Karen serves the local community as President of the YWCA Princeton Board Chair, she is a Board Advisor for Paul Robeson House of Princeton, and she is a board member of Princeton Cable Television.

Karen is married and has three young adult children.
