Katie is an executive coach with The Fast Forward Group who brings more than twenty-five years of experience to executive coaching. She has contributed to the success of a long list of leaders by leveraging coaching and counseling skills, science-backed assessment tools, and business acumen. Katie is one of an elite group of coaches certified at the Professional Coach level by the International Coaching Federation. Katie also a holds a Masters’ Degree in Social Work and Business Administration.

Katie has a strong commitment to her clients and is passionate about their success, offering expertise through customized strategies, delivered with a direct and empathetic approach. A recent coaching  client wrote: “Thank you for helping me discover awareness – of my actions, my abilities, and my worth.”

Her areas of coaching expertise include executive development, high potentials, team engagement, succession, and role transition readiness, communicating with intention, and women’s leadership. Additionally, Katie is regularly invited to facilitate meetings, and workshops targeting leaders at various management levels.

She has coached leaders across diverse industries including financial services, architecture/industrial design, energy, engineering, healthcare, education, insurance, manufacturing, petrochemical, retail, and the non-profit sector.

Katie’s certification and qualifications include Master of Social Work, Master of Business Administration, Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Lominger KornFerry 360 Leadership Architect Certification, Total SDI Facilitator, and a DiSC Certified Behavioral Analyst.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Katie worked as a therapist at Louisiana State University’s Mental Health Center. For more than 12 years she owned and operated successful strategic planning consulting firm. Katie began her career with the Estee Lauder Companies, in New York City, last serving as Worldwide Marketing Manager for Origins Natural Resources.

An active philanthropist, Katie currently serves on the Health and Human Services Commission for Jewish United Fund and as a board member for the Woodhall School in Bethlehem Connecticut. Prior to moving to Chicago, she helped found the Emerge Foundation and the Emerge School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to facilitate broad access to therapeutic services and education for individuals with autism and communication challenges.

Katie and her husband live in Chicago, IL. They have two children, Jake, 24 years old, and Hallie, 20 years old.
