Lin is an executive coach with The Fast Forward Group who is recognized with a Master Coach Credential, the highest professional coach accreditation conferred on a coach, joining the top 5% globally. Coaching since 2004, she brings over 4,000 hours of coaching experience into her work with organizations and individuals, specializing in leadership development and as a team coach and Reiss Motivation Profile master, often called in to turn around team conflicts. Her clients include Board directors, C-suite and senior executives, mid-level and emerging leaders, educators, and trainers from organizations such as DHL, Royal Bank of Scotland, Total, Burberry, Partners Group, Scripps Networks Interactive (Discovery Channel), TVH Australia, and diverse agencies of the Singapore government.

As well as training and mentoring over 200 individuals in coaching skillsets, Lin has helped over 60 of them achieve their professional certifications. She is a founder of Collective Change Institute and developed the curriculum for its ICF-approved professional coach certification program. She is a registered Mentor Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Lin’s awards include the ‘Young Leaders Award (finalist), Top 11 globally’ (International Coaching Federation, 2018), and ‘Top 101 Global Coaching Leaders’ (HRM Congress 2020). She co-authored a Best-Seller inspirational coaching book in 2006 and is often invited to give talks or do guest-speaker appearances on podcast shows. She served as President (2020) for the International Coaching Federation Singapore Chapter and is a contributor on Forbes Coaches Council.

Lin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications specializing in Marketing and Management (Murdoch University, Australia). Known to be highly relational, versatile, dynamic, and truthful, she is a huge believer that a person’s abilities are unlimited. She is extremely passionate about empowering others to shine and beyond that, make a difference to their communities and society.

Outside of work, Lin is a mother to 3 young children. She spends time with them exploring different countries and appreciating music and art. In her personal time, Lin engages in self-reflection, meditation, and creative projects.
