Liz Goldman is an executive coach with The Fast Forward Group. With over 20 years of experience coaching individuals and groups, Liz assists people in getting beyond the limiting stories they have made up about themselves to create new narratives & empowered possibilities. Liz’s executive clients include men and women across various industries all over the globe who want to take their professional lives to the next level. Her clients learn how to work with their fears, their limiting beliefs about themselves and their coworkers, spouses, and children. Liz believes that the more we can all cultivate greater leadership inside of ourselves, the greater the contribution we can make independent of the job we hold. Liz’s clients develop greater confidence, communication skills, and vision for themselves and their organizations.
Born and raised in New York, Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing. Liz maintains a clinical license in social work and holds a certificate in Trauma Studies from the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies. In addition to her coaching practice, Liz is a writer, yoga practitioner and loves to travel. She is happily raising her two teenage daughters in Los Angeles.
