VP, Client Engagement & Operations/Fast Forward Coach

Marina Lvova is the VP of Client Engagement and Operations at the Fast Forward Group. She leads the team responsible for global end-to-end program management and graduate programming, working to ensure the principles and tools we teach become the new normal for clients. As a graduate of Fast Forward, Marina is both a testament to, and a champion of, the program’s power. Marina is also an executive  coach and facilitator, working with Fast Forward clients at Facebook, Amazon, Google, JP Morgan Chase, Wal-Mart and CBSi.

Prior to joining Fast Forward, Marina led Planning, Client Strategy and Business Development teams in media and advertising technology, where her passion for high performance cultures emerged. At her previous company, Undertone, she served on the Executive Leadership Team and helped drive company strategy and forward key business initiatives.

An avid traveler, Marina is an alumna of Remote Year, a program designed for professionals to travel the world while working remotely. Marina has spoken about her professional and travel experience at numerous events around the world, including Advertising Week New York.

Marina is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she earned a degree in Marketing and Spanish. She holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Coactive Training Institute (CTI) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Marina lives in Queens, New York with her husband, Sean, and her Mini Goldendoodle, Nala.
