Tiffany Flomo

Tiffany is a Fast Forward coach who partners with emerging leaders to set a bold vision, shift mindset to overcome challenges, and create an action plan to turn their vision into reality. She has the ability to build confidence while also pushing people to stretch themselves to achieve their full potential.

She has helped people from companies such as Google, Facebook, Uber and Verizon Media, as well as MBA students at Columbia Business School to identify a career path they find meaningful, develop executive presence and lean into their greatness.

Early in her career, Tiffany worked in account management at Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mather and BBDO, where she worked on various consumer-packaged good brands including Olay, Tide, Hellmann’s, and Dove.

After honing her expertise in the creative advertising industry, Tiffany transitioned to the world of technology and innovation where she spent 6 years working across sales, product solutions and learning and development at Google.

Tiffany holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in New York City with her husband, daughter, and dog.
