Her specialty is supporting empathic leaders to overcome overthinking, overgiving, and overwhelm to step into more confidence and higher performance.
Since 2015, Carla has coached a wide range of clients: C-suite tech executives in Silicon Valley, CMOs, real estate investors managing over $1 billion of assets, COO of an 800-person advertising office, sales leaders, International DJs, architects, educators, consultants, and coaches, and even a magician. Her clients have worked for companies like Facebook, Dell, KPMG, UBS, and small businesses, startups, and universities.
Carla’s previous work spanned thought-out philanthropy, social impact, and advertising. A former advertising leader, she was integral in the first social media strategies at KIND Snacks, Microsoft, and Visa on the agency and client-side. The social-emotional girls’ leadership program she co-created at the Harnisch Foundation runs in NYC after-school programs and has been featured in NBC Nightly News, Forbes, and Glamour.
Carla has spoken at TEDWomen, TEDx, and has been featured in Thrive Global, Authority Magazine, and the Highly Sensitive Refuge. She was trained by the High-Performance Institute and has a Masters in Global Marketing from Emerson College and a B.A. in Communications & Marketing from James Madison University.
An avid partner dancer, she trains in the art of Brazilian Zouk in New York City. Carla lives in Jersey City, overlooking Manhattan, with her husband.
