Jo Anne is an executive coach with The Fast Forward Group. Whether she works with individuals or teams, Jo Anne is committed to helping her clients crystallize the values and insights that drive motivation and accelerate change. Her clients know her to be a rapt listener, a deep questioner, and a bold enthusiast with a well-honed ability to frame strategies and approaches — and to reframe the boundaries around what’s possible. Jo Anne is endlessly curious about who people are, what matters most to them, and how they can tap into the mindsets and behaviors that bring their goals to life.
In addition to being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by Coaches Training Institute with an active coaching practice, Jo Anne has her own brand strategy consultancy. She’s been a senior account planner at leading advertising agencies such as MVBMS/Euro RSCG and Ammirati Puris Lintas. She’s worked across a range of clients that include Volvo, UPS, NBC News, Time Inc., Hearst, Meredith, Barnes & Noble, Unilever, and Citi. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in Sociology and Art History.
A native New Yorker, Jo Anne lives in Greenwich Village with her husband, 16-year-old daughter, and their 9-year-old poodle. She is an active board member of the New York International Children’s Film Festival, and when she’s not working you might find her at the theater, doing Tai Chi, weaving on her Japanese loom, or looking for treasures in an old hardware store in Rome.
