Navneet Sandhu is an Executive Coach with the Fast Forward Group and a Behavioral Consultant.  She has more than 24 years of rich experience in the areas of Business, Talent Development & Coaching.  Having worked in both India and Canada at the start of her career and then working across geographies from India to Sri Lanka to Singapore to Ethiopia, she brings in a unique competence of understanding multiple business and cultural contexts.  Navneet has particularly worked with Women Leaders to enhance their Leadership Skills during Covid times.  Collaborating with start-ups to help them navigate through different people challenges in their current environment, she also puts her expertise into practice at Shoolini University—a research-based university in India where she coaches the Vice-Chancellor and students.  Her philosophy is to simplify the complex and move people from awareness to action!

Navneet has conducted Assessment Centre for hi-potential leaders and has helped them identify their individual development journey.  Her specialty lies in enhancing business performance, leadership qualities, executive presence, role transition, and group coaching for measurable competency development.

She has trained thousands of people across the world on various topics covering Leadership Development, Negotiation Skills for Business, Influencing Skills, Performance Management Systems, Cross-Cultural Sensitivity, Manager as a Coach, and Mentoring Women Leaders.  Her broad client roster spans a cross-section of companies and industries including PSU, Medanta and Fortis Hospitals, Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Pharma, IT, Professional Services, Financial Services, FMCG, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare,  Automotive and Manufacturing industries like Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj, Tata Group, C K Birla group, Indian Oil, Power Grid, NTPC, CII, ONGC, etc. to name a few.

Navneet holds an executive MBA from U21 Global and Melbourne University and Assessment Centre Certificate from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is also a Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation and a Practitioner for The Leadership Circle and The Enneagram assessment systems.  She is certified in WorkPlace Big 5, Organizational Workshop, and CCL assessments, as well as in Systemic Group Coaching.

When she’s not working, Navneet enjoys volunteering as President of WICCI (Women in Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Life Skills Sector) and as an International Coach at The Ethical Coach WBECS—Ethiopia Project, The UNHCR (The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), WILD (Women Innovators and Leaders) Network and Global Shapers Community.
