André’s coaching is grounded in his background working in various business leadership roles serving as a Senior Vice President of Communication and Investor Relations in a Nasdaq-listed multinational media group, providing him with valuable insights into the demands and complexities of the corporate world. André has also co-founded e-commerce, travel, and digital marketing ventures, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit.

He has been formally trained as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, is a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, as well as, a Member of the Institute of Coaching by McLean/Harvard Medical School. Organizational Transition Coaching and Business Coaching is certified by the International Coaching Federation and the Center for Credentialing & Education.
