The Account Management team is responsible for managing training programs with excellence and growing existing accounts by making strategic recommendations to serve the client’s needs and generating referrals to other business units within client organizations. This role reports to the VP, Account Management and Operations and collaborates cross-functionally with all functions at Fast Forward, including working closely with our executive leadership team.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Drive growth within existing accounts:
    • Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders, including senior business leaders and HR/L&D/DEI leaders
    • Ascertain client needs and make recommendations on Fast Forward products aligned with the client’s objectives
    • Generate referrals and opportunities across additional business units
    • Collaborate on proposals and business review decks
    • Support Sales with forecasting, CRM management, and strategic client growth opportunities
  • Manage training programs from start to finish with excellence:
    • Collaborate with sales, facilitators, and product to implement Fast Forward training that addresses client needs (e.g. customize deliverables like printed materials, lesson plan, slides)
    • Lead client calls to immerse in the business and gain account insights; brief facilitators and Fast Forward leadership as needed
    • Customize and review  all program participant communications
    • Coordinate program logistics with clients for virtual workshops and/or live experiences
    • Analyze and present program feedback with an eye toward measuring the client’s return on investment and growing the client portfolio
    • Work cross-functionally to evaluate program impact, improve content experiences and merchandise results to client stakeholders.
    • Work with the Finance team to direct and reconcile billing
    • As needed, attend virtual and live Fast Forward sessions to immerse in experience and support facilitators
What will make you successful in this role:
  • 5-7 years related experience in account/client management and project management
    • Ideal candidate has experience working at an agency or in client services/consulting, or in HR/L&D/DEI functions within a corporate setting
    • Live or virtual event planning experience is a plus
  • Proven track record building relationships with mid and senior-level clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated business acumen in a corporate setting and ability to apply it in working relationships with clients
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing direct and indirect project resources and timelines for multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to zoom out and think big-picture

  • Company is remote, so must be comfortable in a home office environment
