The Account Management team is responsible for managing training programs and executive coaching engagements with excellence, growing existing accounts by making strategic recommendations to serve the client’s needs, and generating referrals to other business units within client organizations. This role reports to the SVP, Account Management and Operations and collaborates cross-functionally with all functions at Fast Forward, including working closely with our executive leadership team.

Salary: $85K-100K, commensurate with experience
