The Account Management team is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience once a piece of business is closed.

Experience & Skills:
  • 5+ years related experience in account/client management and project management.
    • Ideal candidate has experience working at an agency or in client services. 
    • Live or virtual event planning experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record building relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to zoom out and think big-picture.

  • Company is remote, so must be comfortable in a home office environment with the option to work 1-2 days/week in a co-working space.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage client relationship and all client/participant communication including: 
    • Making recommendations on Fast Forward programs/products in service of the client’s objectives.
    • Leading calls with external clients including C-suite members.
    • Developing and executing all program participant communications.
    • Coordinating engagement logistics with clients for virtual workshops and/or live experiences.
    • Conducting immersion interviews with employees to gain insight into clients’ business.
  • Manage direct and indirect project resources and timelines for multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Build expertise in Fast Forward content to inform participant experience and client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and facilitation team to create and implement various engagement deliverables to accommodate the client’s specific needs (e.g. printed materials, lesson plan, slides).
  • Analyze and present program feedback with an eye toward measuring the client’s return on investment and growing the client portfolio.
  • Partner cross-functionally with key partners to evaluate impact and continuously improve content experiences.
  • Support Sales with forecasting, CRM management, and strategic client growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to and approve proposals/SOWs.
  • Work with the Finance team to direct and reconcile billing.
  • As needed, produce virtual Fast Forward sessions on Zoom and other VC platforms and attend live sessions to immerse in experience and support facilitators.
