The Fast Forward Group, a women-owned and run global professional training and executive coaching company, is proud to announce its national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Metro NY, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

“In 2013, Wendy Leshgold and I founded the Fast Forward Group to transform workplaces and lives,” said Fast Forward Co-Founder and CEO Lisa McCarthy. “It’s incredibly meaningful to be recognized as a women-owned and run business through WBENC as we work with companies of all sizes around the globe to transform culture, up-level talent and accelerate business growth.”

Fast Forward Group’s training and executive coaching helps leaders build a culture of engaged employees who are deeply connected and inspired to play big. Their approach goes beyond skill-building and fundamentally changes how people see the future and what is possible for their business, career and life.

The WBENC standard of certification implemented by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Metro NY is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women.

By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.

“As a women-owned company, we have been a go-to resource for women’s empowerment and the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion at leading companies since our founding,” added Co-Founder and President Wendy Leshgold, who is based in Los Angeles. “As we work to empower women to thrive and succeed professionally and personally, it is important to be recognized as a WBENC-certified business.”
