Riva Aelyon

Riva Aelyon is an Executive coach with The Fast Forward Group, who supports her clients in recognizing and cultivating their most vital selves in order to create their best lives, personally and professionally.

As a former professional photographer, Riva has a longtime passion for perspective. Paired with her deep interest in the human mind, she became a certified coach to help clients strengthen the ways in which they see themselves, others, and the world around them. Over the past 8 years, she has worked closely with start-up and corporate teams of all levels to identify their values and vision, gain awareness of their obstacles, and design actionable plans towards achieving their goals.

Originally from Istanbul, Riva moved to the US in the ‘80s and currently lives in San Francisco with her husband. In addition to coaching, she loves quality time with her family and close friends, walking the hills of San Francisco with her labradoodle, Bacio, keeping fit and healthy (inside and out), 78% dark chocolate, photography, doodling, getting lost in a great book, and speaking different languages.

Riva has trained in various modalities including Core Strength, Social and Emotional Intelligence, and Co-Active coaching. She also holds a BA in Psychology from UCSB.
