Alex Paradise

Alex Paradise is an Account Manager at the Fast Forward Group. She is responsible for end-to-end program management and ensuring clients are set up for success throughout their journey with Fast Forward’s program and beyond.

Before joining Fast Forward, Alex spent 8 years in the human development space, most recently as a Program Manager in Learning & Development for Verizon and Yahoo. She has led global onboarding for Verizon’s media sector and managed hundreds of learning programs and experiences for employees of all levels and backgrounds at Yahoo. 

Alex is passionate about health and wellness, facilitating personal development, and enhancing human experiences from a holistic perspective. She is known for her empathetic leadership, inquisitive nature, and commitment to achieving outcomes as a collaborative team player. 

She is a graduate of Boston University, where she earned a degree in Communications. Alex is also a certified CliftonStrengths, Insights Discovery, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner Coach, and is in the process of receiving her Certified Professional Coaching Certification (CPC) through iPEC. 

When she’s not working, Alex enjoys being in nature, exploring new cities, and trying new restaurants. Originally from the East Coast, Alex currently resides in Chicago, IL.
