Amit

Amit is an executive coach with The Fast Forward Group. He collaborates with technology execs and startup founders to elevate their and team’s performance. His passion for coaching comes from his purpose of being of service to others, and from the immense learning the experience provides. Initially, he trained to coach to amplify his leadership impact in his previous firm.

Amit began his career as a software developer, and later took on leadership roles at PayPal, Visa, and R3 (a B2B software scale-up). He also consulted for The Boston Consulting Group.

Most recently, he was the Chief Information and Services Officer at R3, where he led a 100+ people team across Europe, North America and Asia. At R3, he managed a multi-million dollar services P&L, and headed their Asia Pacific business. He was part of R3’s executive and operating committees.

Amit also held two Board Director roles, one at SBI-R3, a Japanese joint venture between R3 and SBI group, and DLTLedgers, a supply chain digitisation startup. As part of those Boards, he navigated cultural nuances to influence and coach the CEO and management teams of those companies.

Amit holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, a Bachelors of Technology from IIT-BHU, and a Board Directorship certificate from Singapore Management University.

He is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation standards), and has coached over 100+ founders, senior and emerging leaders. He is Level 2 certified at the leading personality assessment framework Hogan.

Originally from India, Amit is a naturalised Singaporean, and is based in Singapore for the last 15 years.
