Barrhonda offers over twenty-two years of corporate business experience with a fortune 100 financial institution as well as fourteen years of internal and external leadership coaching and facilitation experience across sectors such as banking/financial service, marketing, insurance, and technology. Her business experience includes operations leadership and process engineering. Barrhonda also serves as teaching faculty and executive coach for Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business – Executive Graduate Programs and Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership.
She holds a BA in Sociology from James Madison University and an MBA from Averett University. Barrhonda is ICF certified, and her qualifications include, Personalysis administration and facilitation, Leadership Circle Profile 360, Hogan Assessment, IFC PCC Marker Assessor.
