Davis Walker is the Director of Business Development at the Fast Forward Group, where she partners with senior leaders and organizations to design high-impact leadership development and executive coaching engagements during moments of growth, change, and transformation.

Prior to joining Fast Forward, Davis built a decade-long career in luxury weddings and events, leading complex sales cycles and delivering high-touch experiences across the hospitality industry. She brings a relationship-driven, solution-oriented approach to her work, combining sharp commercial instincts with deep care for client experience. Known for her ability to listen closely and connect dots quickly, Davis plays a key role in shaping partnerships that are both strategic and human.

Outside of Fast Forward, Davis is a foodie at heart and can often be found exploring Nashville’s restaurant scene or wandering a local farmers market. Originally from Richmond, VA, she now calls Nashville home and continues to fuel her love of travel, great conversation, and meaningful connection.
