
Emily Bloemer
Emily Bloemer is an Account Manager at the Fast Forward Group. She is responsible for managing training programs with excellence from beginning to end and ensuring the principles and tools taught become the new normal for clients.
Before joining Fast Forward, Emily spent five years in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service at professional development and higher education organizations. During this time, she earned her trainer certification and worked closely with facilitation teams, contributing to building high-performance sales and leadership cultures that helped companies grow. Her favorite part of previous roles was witnessing firsthand, or hearing about afterward, the life-changing “aha” moments experienced by training program participants, which solidified her passion for the learning and development industry.
Emily is a graduate of Miami University, where she earned her degree in Marketing from their business school. Based in her hometown of Cincinnati, OH, you can probably find Emily on a long walk listening to an audiobook, trying new restaurants in the city, spending time with family, or planning her next travels.
Emily is passionate about creating workplaces where people can be authentic, confident, and thrive. She is known for being a critical, analytical thinker and informed decision-maker, and is attuned to operating with a high level of emotional intelligence and competence.
