Ibrahim

Ibrahim is a Fast Forward coach who specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, change, and Human Resources management.  Ibrahim brings more than 30 years of professional experience in HR, Leadership Development, and Change Management. He started his career in Training and Development with Coca-Cola and subsequently held numerous senior managerial positions in the HR departments of multiple organizations in the Middle East region.

His experience spans the government sector, multinationals, and large family businesses in the Middle East and GCC such as Coca-Cola Near East in Cyprus, Arab Insurance Group in Bahrain, Department of Civil Aviation in Dubai, Mannai Corporation in Qatar, SIPCO (a Pepsi-Cola Company) in Jeddah and Royal Group in Abu Dhabi. Ibrahim led cultural change programs in two of these organizations, where he facilitated the development of top organizational-level strategies and tactics to implement the newly established cultures. As a human resource professional, Ibrahim effectively coached and counseled senior executives on developing competence in many personal and managerial areas.

Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri Rolla, USA, and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on strategic management and international marketing from Southern Illinois University, USA. Ibrahim is a senior certified professional by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). In addition, he is a professional certified coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Ibrahim’s coaching approach focuses on building mutual trust, creating awareness, and supporting self-realizations that will lead to effective learning allowing the client to make the right decision to move forward. Ibrahim speaks Arabic and English.
