Joon

Joon is an executive coach with the Fast Forward Group who helps corporate leaders and entrepreneurs lead with confidence, purpose, and impact. She believes that great leadership starts with self-awareness and is passionate about helping clients clarify their vision, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop the mindset needed to thrive.

Joon went to school at University of California, Riverside. She started her career in learning and development in the APAC region and has worked in sales and business development. She served as the Regional Education Manager at Proctor and Gamble for Korea and Singapore. Joon also consulted in the luxury retail and e-commerce to train executives.

With certifications from Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), ICF (PCC), Korea Coach Association (KPC), and the Association for Talent Development (CPTD), Joon is also a certified practitioner of Leadership Circle Profile and Hogan Assessments.

She is actively involved in the Co-Active coaching community in Korea as a mentor coach for certification candidates, and regularly supports the facilitation of local workshops as an interpreter.  She’s dedicated to learning & honing her craft so that she can continue to contribute to the growing community of Asian coaches as a mentor and supervisor.

Joon has coached leaders at global organizations including LVMH, Netflix, Microsoft, and Ernst & Young.

Joon coaches in English and Korean across borders and time zones. Outside of coaching, she enjoys folk painting, yoga, scuba diving, and discovering new restaurants.
