Julie has more than 25 years experience as a senior consultant, executive coach, and facilitator. She has a deep passion for unlocking and unleashing power and potential through coaching individuals, teams, and organizations.

Her areas of coaching expertise include, executive development, high potentials, succession and role transition readiness, cross cultural, mentoring and women’s leadership. She has extensive experience in coaching and consulting with country executive teams on leadership and team effectiveness solutions and partnering on multiple enterprise-wide initiatives resulting in increased organizational performance and effectiveness.

Julie currently works across multiple industries including Automotive, FMCGs, Financial Services, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Media, Pharmaceutical, Tech Services, Professional Services, Manufacturing as well as in the Education, Government, and Non-Profit sectors. She has extensive corporate internal learning, leadership, talent planning and OD consulting experience and partnered with President’s Office and Strategic Planning, and Corporate Affairs/Communications at American Express, where she has designed and led multiple organization wide change and transformational initiatives.

Julie has served clients around the globe including across Asia Pacific, the Americas, and Europe. While her main language of coaching and facilitation is English, she also speaks conversational Japanese and is highly experienced in working with leaders and teams who are non-native English speakers.

Julie has a B.A. UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) in Interdisciplinary Cultural Anthropology. Her certifications and qualifications include, Coaching Clinic Facilitator (Coach U), CEFTP Coach Certified (Coach University); Hogan HPI, HDS, MVPI; Everything DiSC Lumina Practitioner (Spark, Emotion, Leader 360), CIQ (Conversational Intelligence), Action Learning (JIAL Japan), MSDI -Team Management Profile.

Originally from the United States, Julie is currently based in Asia and has a life-long love for traveling. Her initial journey to Asia was to practice Zen archery with a Buddhist monk at a temple by the sea, in Japan and she has since spent her free time exploring the world’s cultural offerings and experiencing culinary delights.
