Karen is recognized for designing and leading organizational change, developing sustainable leadership, and leadership development initiatives enterprise-wide. She helps leaders and their teams strengthen their effectiveness through coaching executives to develop critical leadership skills; assisting new and emerging leaders to integrate into organizations; conducting individual/team assessments; and improving team dynamics.
In 2016, Karen joined Yale School of Management Executive Education Program to coach participants attending the Women’s Leadership Program. Karen is an executive coach at Yale University School of Management Executive Education Program where she works with Executive Masters in Business Administration and graduate students.
Karen is passionate about the power of coaching and creating change. As a result of her commitment, she created and launched a Princeton Cable Television show to celebrate the creativity, courage, and wisdom of people creating change.
Karen serves the local community as President of the YWCA Princeton Board Chair, she is a Board Advisor for Paul Robeson House of Princeton, and she is a board member of Princeton Cable Television.
Karen is married and has three young adult children.
