Ken is a Fast Forward coach with over 17 years of experience as a corporate leader and since then has over 16 years of experience as an international coach and trainer. His roles have included an Implementation Director of a Fortune 300 organization, Instructor of Chemistry at a Chicago area university, Owner of a Leadership Training & Coaching organization; he understands the challenges of being on the fast track at work while also wanting to make a lasting impact in all areas of life.

Ken is a straight-forward thought partner for leaders who want to grow their impact. He helps leaders get out of their own way by uncovering their biggest strengths and revealing the blind spots that have stopped them up until now. Ken believes that there is immense power in being present with his clients and creating a space where they can honestly see their strengths and blind spots.

Ken is a certified coach with experience coaching hundreds of unique clients from all over the world. He works with high-achievers with a knack for being successful at whatever they attempt to accomplish and are considered the best of the best in their fields. Ken has individually coached (over 4,000 hours) and implemented training for leaders in dozens of organizations such as Apple, McDonalds, Facebook, LinkedIn, BASF, Fidelity, VISA, Sephora, Quest Diagnostics, Chamberlain, Sandvik, ADP, CDK, Harley-Davidson, Abbott, and Volvo.

Certified as a trainer for SLII which is the world’s most popular leadership development training, Ken believes that real change starts with authenticity. Ken is certified to deliver and train on MBTI; the world’s most often delivered assessment. Ken trains leaders on business coaching, Enneagram, MBTI, critical conversations, delivering and receiving feedback, and building high performing teams. He is also a Hogan and Korn Ferry 360 certified which are powerful tools in self-assessment.

Ken is a Chicago native but based out of Orange County, CA and is the father of two adult children. Ken is a dedicated CrossFit athlete and an avid cyclist, in fact, being able to ride his road bike outdoors year-round is what brought him to Southern California in 2016.
