Lisa
Lisa is a facilitator with Fast Forward Group who brings together psychological insight, intuitive presence, and a natural lightness that helps people feel at ease while doing meaningful work. Her work is grounded in positive psychology and a belief that people thrive when they feel seen, valued, and able to lead as themselves, not as a version of who they think they should be.
Lisa has worked with leaders at organizations including Google, Meta, NATO, Coca-Cola, and Delta Airlines, as well as with high-growth startups and mission-driven nonprofits. Clients often describe her as intuitive, insightful, and disarmingly human—someone who can get to the heart of an issue without losing the thread of action.
An ICF Associate Certified Coach, Lisa has been trained by the International Coaching Group, and is a qualified NLP Practitioner. She is certified in both EQ-i 2.0 and MBTI, and uses these tools not to box people in, but to spark insight, self-awareness, and new ways of thinking and leading. Her approach helps clients lean into their strengths, navigate complexity with more ease, and communicate with greater influence and impact.
Originally from the UK, Lisa moved to California with her husband and three young boys and has built a full, joyful life in the Bay Area. Not to be left out, she’s currently learning Italian in a bid to catch up with the rest of her family (all of whom already have Italian citizenship). She’s hoping citizenship comes with gelato.
