As a former executive leader in large multinationals, Navid draws from first-hand experience balancing high pressured, fast paced roles which gives him the unique ability to walk-the-talk, and to bring a wealth of knowledge to every coaching engagement.

As well as being a certified Coaching Circles™ Facilitator, Navid’s coaching certifications include NVW Integral Coach® and HOGAN Assessments practitioner.

Having served as a member of the Nominating Committee (NomCo) of the ICF Professional Coaches Board of Directors, Navid is also a registered ICF Mentor Coach and was recently recognised as HR’s Most Influential Practitioner by the HR Magazine, #1 Coach of the Year by CEO Today, 101 Most Iconic Coaching Leaders Global by ET World & CHRO Asia, and has received the Outstanding Leadership Award from Education 2.0.

Navid holds a master’s degree in International Management/Foreign Trade from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. He has been trained as a Principled Negotiator at Harvard Law School and is also the author of Mastering Executive Transitions: The Definitive Guide, a #1 new release and international bestselling book on Amazon.
