Paola is a Fast Forward Coach who brings over 33 years of experience as a business leader in iconic global companies, such as, Google, Mediaset, and Nielson. Her coaching skills have been foundational to her managerial capabilities of driving business, orchestrating teams and talents, and navigating through important professional and personal challenges.

Throughout her coaching journey so far, Paola has supported corporate executives and their companies toward success. In 2023, she was recognized as one of the Top 10 Coaches by The Forbetter Institute. Paola supports personal development expanding the choice of solutions and evoking her client’s awareness to make effective behavioral choices to thrive in business and in life.

Paola’s coaching model integrates a systemic and solution-focused approach, as well as, PNL & neuroscience brain-based models.

Paola earned her MBA and Ph.D. in Law from Bocconi University in Milan. She is ICF-certified, and coaches in both Italian and English.
