Patrik

Patrik is a Fast Forward coach specializing in coaching executives, leaders, and high-performers. He brings deep psychological expertise to his work, combined with extensive experience in business and organizational life, including his own C-suite-level leadership experience.

He is an internationally certified executive coach, business economist, behavioral scientist, communications specialist, registered psychodynamic therapist, and family counselor, with ten years of clinical experience. He offers coaching on a wide range of topics, including helping leaders grow the ability to remain skillful under pressure. Additionally, he has experience in coaching neurodivergent clients, including those with Asperger’s.

Previously, Patrik served as Chief Strategy Officer at one of Sweden’s largest publicly listed companies, where he was part of the group management team and worked closely with the Board of Directors. Before that, he held several leadership roles in corporate and operations development within the consumer goods industry, including at ABSOLUT Vodka. As a Director and member of a Nordic management team, he led multiple corporate change programs.

Patrik began his career with seven years at an American strategy consulting firm and, over the past two decades, has worked across more than a dozen industries. Alongside his corporate experience, he served as a Sergeant in the Swedish Air Force during his military service in the Swedish Armed Forces.

Patrik’s clients include professionals from companies such as Ericsson, PwC, Oracle, Carlsberg, Hilti, UBS, Hitachi, BCG, and On Running. He is recognized for his ability to drive the conversation to the critical issues quickly while maintaining a calm, warm, and gentle presence.

Patrik lives with his family and golden retriever dog in Stockholm, Sweden, where he enjoys cooking, skiing and playing golf.
