Rosie is an Executive Coach and Facilitator with The Fast Forward Group. Her mission is to help clients think big and find the confidence to take bold action. As a Fast Forward graduate, Rosie knows the value of the FF ethos.
Rosie is the founder of Healthy Selfish, a talent development and communication training company. She works with entrepreneurs, top-level execs, emerging and established leaders at organizations including Meta, Google, Pinterest, Siemens, Natwest, M&C Saatchi and Soho House.
Rosie’s clients report feeling braver, excited about the future, better able to express themselves, and confident to handle tough situations.
Rosie is also a writer and speaker and her work has been featured in OK! and Stylist Magazine. Her favourite subjects to speak on are how we can get better at failure and how to find the confidence to just be ourselves.
Rosie’s background is in comms. She spent 6 years in the advertising industry where she gained a 360 insight into how fast-moving, high-pressure agencies work. She moved into to theatre and as Director of Education at London’s Donmar Warehouse was responsible for designing and implementing a global education strategy. Her mission was to expand the horizons of thousands of young people through engaging in theatre.
Rosie is a qualified Relational Dynamics coach and a certified Leadership Coach with Culture at Work. She holds an Agile Coaching certificate and is also trained in Clean Language, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness, and Emotional Freedom Technique. She is currently earning a certification in RLT with Terry Real
Rosie lives in Suffolk, UK with her husband, three children and so many pets she has lost count. She will take any excuse to see theatre in London, especially if it involves tap dancing.
