Sarah

Sarah is an executive coach with the Fast Forward Group, with twenty years of experience navigating fast-moving corporate environments in advertising, marketing and technology. Both creative and empathetic, Sarah specializes in helping clients who are navigating a time of transition in their career, and thinking deeply about what their next chapter could look like. Sarah will work with you to build a vision of what you want your future to be, and then co-create a plan to make it happen.

Before becoming a fulltime coach, she led large teams at Google and YouTube for thirteen years, in the UK, Hong Kong and globally. In her early career, she was part of the digital revolution in the advertising and media sector, working at some of the world’s biggest agencies. Sarah has extensive experience of business leadership, digital transformation, working in complexity, building teams & being a trusted interviewer for some of the largest global companies in the world.

Sarah has written, performed and directed award-winning and sellout shows at the world’s biggest theatre festival, the Edinburgh Fringe. She is a poet, and publishes her work on social media, where she has a large following. When it works for her clients, she enjoys using her passion for the arts in her coaching style and techniques.

Based in the UK, she lives with her husband and two children in York, often going into the countryside to visit her Welsh pony, Minnie.

Sarah has taken a Master’s in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Hult and is an associate member of the EMCC.
