What You’ll Do

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll support the business development team and ensure HubSpot data integrity, accurate reporting, and smooth operational processes. You will report directly to the Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

A) Sales Operations & HubSpot Management

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM data, ensuring accuracy in sales forecasting, reporting, and segmentation.
  • Oversee data clean-up projects, including contact updates and process optimization.
  • Generate critical sales reports (e.g., sales cycle, revenue performance) to inform strategy and decision-making.

B) Sales-Marketing Initiatives

  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to ensure smooth execution of Bold Vision Workshops, managing attendee lists, invitations, and post-event engagement tracking.
  • Coordinate workshop logistics and contribute to follow-up processes to drive continued engagement.

C) Administrative & Business Development Support

  • Schedule and coordinate business development meetings, managing calendars and preparing necessary materials.
  • Conduct research and support document preparation, including LOEs, NDAs, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in researching and compiling contact lists, ensuring data quality and completeness.
What Will Make You Successful
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related field (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement and optimizing efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams.

Compensation: full-time contract position; $35/hour
