Marjie is a Fast Forward coach and facilitator who, over two decades, has honed her professional development and coaching expertise across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. As a social worker and Co-Active coach, Marjie is highly adept at guiding clients as they clarify and pursue their personal and professional goals. She supports clients as they take on greater challenges and move into ever-more satisfying and fulfilling endeavors.

Marjie is also an executive presence trainer who helps individuals bring their best self to every conversation. Whether a client is mastering the art of meeting leadership or preparing for a keynote, Marjie teaches them to command an audience by presenting with energy, clarity and conviction.

Earlier in her career, Marjie worked at Goldman Sachs as a recruiter and diversity specialist, focusing on recruiting, training, promotion and retention efforts to increase diversity at all levels of the firm.

Marjie also served as the Program Coordinator for Freedom Institute in New York City, leading health and wellness workshops for students, parents and faculty, as well as developing programming for over sixty independent schools.

Marjie holds a coaching certification through Coaches Training Institute, a master’s degree in social work from Hunter College and received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
