Sara is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator who is known for her ability to think big, see clearly and unleash the creative energy amongst teams and individuals. She can be counted on to bring keen listening skills, thoughtful inquiries, fresh insights, an appetite for action and a good dose of humor to all of her engagements. Her clients value her ability to challenge and champion them to act courageously with both their heads and hearts.
In addition to earning her coaching certification from Coaches Training Institute in 2011, Sara has an advanced certification in the Enneagram and is a trained energy practitioner via The Four Winds Society.
Sara is also the principal of The And Group Inc, a leadership development and brand strategy consultancy that works with teams and individuals at points of transformation. Her clients there have included Digitas, Hulu, Amazon, Mead Johnson, Redbox, MTV, OKRP, and Career Builder.
A proven marketer, Sara served as a global brand developer at Unilever where she led a dynamic global cross-functional team to drive innovation and growth on the Axe business. She also led teams and drove results in her account management roles at Leo Burnett on clients such as Kraft, Wrigley, Kelloggs, Heinz, Turner Classic Movies, and Procter and Gamble. During her time there, she worked in the US, US Hispanic and Brazilian markets.
A perpetual liberal arts student, Sara received her B.A. in Spanish literature from Bates College. These days she is inspired by good design and dream interpretation, the public library and the promise of a passport. She lives in Evanston, Illinois with her husband and two daughters.
