Adriana is an Executive Coach with the Fast Forward Group. She is dedicated to helping create a more ‘human’ work environment with honesty, clarity, kindness, and growth.

Co-author of an Amazon #1 best seller, Adriana is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and the Harvard Institute of Coaching. She works with senior-level executives and is passionate about helping organizations take a more strategic look at what drives businesses and their people.

For over a decade, Adriana has led teams at top marketing firms and non-profit organizations. This experience, along with being an entrepreneur, has provided a deep understanding of the business world. She has delivered elite performance seminars, webinars, and workshops in emotional intelligence, wellness, leadership, communication, and innovation for companies such as AMBEV, Coca-Cola, Abbot, Uber, Vale, Tetra Pak, and Salesforce.

Adriana’s specialties include talent development, leadership coaching/facilitation, conflict management, designing analytical and data-driven learning journeys, and managing cultural differences.

A contributor to the Forbes Coaching Council and other leading Brazilian publications, Adriana believes that leaders today must understand people in addition to delivering results. Her coaching focuses on challenging existing perspectives to help executives lead more effectively.

Adriana is an ICF-certified coach and an IAC-certified master coach. She holds an MBA from Universidade de São Paulo in Management and Social Entrepreneurship and numerous coaching certifications, including DiSC and Strengths Finder.

A native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Adriana is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
