George is a Fast Forward Coach with 15 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, coach, consultant, and facilitator.

George believes in the Heart, Head, Hand, holistic approach to supporting clients in becoming authentic leaders. He helps leaders and teams adopt a growth mindset of beliefs and values (Heart) and gain an aligned awareness and knowledge (Head) before displaying impactful behaviors (Hand).

Prior to coaching George spent over 15 years in senior leadership roles including as a consultant with Fortune 500 and regional multi-national corporations. It was through his C suite roles that he learned the key to achievement is how a leader motivates and develops his/her people. This ultimately led him to assist other leaders in creating the right vision and business strategy as well as to develop and retain key talent.

George has lived and worked in the U.S., Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Thailand. His professional life has had a special focus in the APAC regions where he spent years spearheading start-ups and provided training, coaching, and consulting solutions to key high potentials and leaders in the region.

The author of the bestselling book, Service Unusual, George earned his MA in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Austin. He is board certified with a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation, and holds multiple coaching specialty certifications including Big Five, DiSC, MBTI, and Hogan. George speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Thai and is based in Hong Kong.
