Nirjhar Omam

Nirjhar is a Senior Account Manager at Fast Forward Group. She is responsible for end-to-end program management and ensuring the principles and tools we teach become the new normal for clients.

Prior to joining Fast Forward Group, Nirjhar held several roles leading and supporting various people agenda initiatives, including L&D, Talent, Diversity, and HR transformation in the Banking industries. Some of her major efforts include roll-out of diversity learning for new hires and employees at various levels, implementation of women’s initiative program, new hire onboarding for key client groups, managing executive level promotions and talent review processes, skills and competency mapping, and organizational redesign efforts, among many others.

Nirjhar is passionate about education for the underprivileged and volunteers her time to tutor local immigrant students. Nirjhar has an MBA in HR Management & Organizational Behavioral Studies and a dual BBA in Finance & I/O Psychology, both from the Zicklin School of Business – CUNY Baruch College. She is originally from Queens, NY, and currently lives in Hicksville, NY with her husband and two wild boys (7,3).
